Connecting People and Communities

Winnebago County has developed a bicycle and pedestrian plan, including rural communities like Omro, to guide biking and walking improvements in the rural areas of the county. This plan connects to the existing Fox Valley Urbanized Area Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan and other local area plans. The goal is to create better connections between communities to improve transportation options, recreational opportunities and health and safety of our residents.
